Basic Movement and Posture Analysis

In my opinion, a high quality of basic movement is the foundation of all fitness pursuits regardless of your goals, and quality movement requires good posture. In combination, they reduce the risk of injury and can improve daily function as well as potential for athletic performance.

How it works:

  • Upon receiving detailed instructions, you’ll take pictures of your posture and record video of yourself performing a series of basic movement patterns.

What you get:

  • A corrective exercise program based on any flaws found with your posture or movement.
  • All necessary program revisions.
  • Video demonstration and detailed instructions for each exercise.
  • Unlimited access to me through email for each month of your participation.

Fitness Training

Whether you have a specific fitness or performance goal, or are simply looking to promote good health, I will guide you through a fitness training program designed specifically for your goals and preferences.

Basic Nutritional Assessment

I provide you with information you can use to modify your food selection to support your goals and promote general health with adequate intake of essential vitamins and minerals.

How it works:

  • You’ll complete a questionnaire indicating your current goals, preferences, typical eating habits, and applicable health history.
  • You’ll use software I provide to record what you eat for 3 to 7 days (duration based on your willingness).

What you get:

  • A report indicating your current intake of essential nutrients.
  • A list of foods that that you could choose to help resolve any identified intakes that are deficient or excessive.
  • A list of foods that you might want to consider removing from your current diet for the promotion of basic health.
  • Information on where and how to buy food.
  • Information on food preparation and storage.
  • Guidance on how to make gradual changes one at a time to avoid overwhelming yourself.
