Online Personal Training
If you answered yes to any of these questions, following a well designed exercise program can greatly improve your quality of life.
You may think this is obvious, but then why do so many people who are faithfully committed to their exercise routine fail to achieve the benefits they desire? It’s simple. The exercise they’re doing, or the manner in which they’re doing it, isn’t appropriate for what they want to accomplish.
Fitness doesn’t always imply wellness. In fact, fitness can come at the cost of wellness.
A common mistake is to assume that any type of physical activity will be beneficial. This is the same as assuming you can drive to a specific location by making random turns. In either case, lack of direction will make it very difficult to succeed and may even leave you worse off than where you started.
If you’re looking to address any of the common issues listed above, your plan needs to be a lot more specific than simply going to the gym to work up a good sweat. This is why you need an exercise program that’s well designed.
Just as a house needs to be built on a solid foundation, an exercise program intended to promote wellness needs to be based first and foremost on promoting optimal health, physical resilience, and a mastery of basic movement. In addition, much of this foundation must be built with specific attention to your unique needs and circumstances.
Once such a foundation is established, more specific measures can be taken to achieve goals related to performance, appearance, or other aspects of fitness you may be interested in.
This concept of a goal oriented and individualized exercise program is very effective and is how I’ll help you achieve your goals through my online personal training service.
Are you one of the many people who’ve accepted physical limitations or chronic health conditions as an unavoidable part of aging?
If so, you’re selling yourself short! Aging is inevitable, but there’s a lot we can do to slow it down a great deal. In fact, the accelerated aging that results from unhealthy habits can even be reversed in some cases.
The great thing about exercise is that it can be one of the most effective ways to dramatically reduce your rate of aging.
The following are just a few of the reasons why a well designed exercise program will help you look and feel younger:
However, achieving these improvements requires that your exercise program is specifically designed to build the foundation of wellness I described earlier. Simply working up a sweat and hoping for the best is not enough.
Let me start by telling you what I won’t do. I’m not going to have you do countless repetitions just for you to feel a burn and think you had a “good” workout. Nor will I run you ragged just to burn calories. Although common, these approaches are usually counterproductive.
There are three simple keys to success. The first is knowing what you want, the second is knowing how to get it, and the third is actually doing what’s required. My thorough assessment process will enable me to understand in detail what you want and need, and based on this information, I will guide you through an exercise program that will help you achieve your goals in the most practical, safe, effective, and enjoyable manner possible.
One of the most important aspects of my online personal training service is the extent to which I will customize your exercise program according to your needs, goals, circumstances, and preferences.
This set of factors is as unique as your fingerprint. The focused attention I will give to these factors is a critical part of helping you maximize your success.
In short, a great exercise program is not defined by the exercises it consists of or how well it works for other people, but rather how closely it relates to your goals and how well it accommodates you as a unique individual.
Through my online personal training service, I will give you the personal attention that you need and deserve, and everything I have you do will have a specific purpose. I will help you every step of the way and will do everything I can to help you overcome any obstacles that you may encounter.
Online personal training may seem like a compromise compared to working with a trainer in person, but this isn’t always the case. In fact, an online personal training program can be superior in a number of ways.
Following an online personal training program will allow you to:
In addition, the benefits you’ll experience while working with me include:
If you’ve ever worked with a personal trainer in person, you probably know the routine. Your trainer tells you what exercises to do, and if necessary, will demonstrate how to do them. He or she may give you some simple cues to correct major flaws in your technique, but this isn’t always the case. And if you have questions, your trainer will do their best to answer them during the limited time between exercises.
There’s not enough time for in depth discussion of exercise technique, goals, individual circumstances, lifestyle factors, or any other concerns.
This is a big problem because these factors have a major influence on your success. Some trainers will give these issues the time they deserve, but many won’t. And if they do, it takes away from the your exercise time.
You lose out either way because you’re paying for your trainer’s time.
My online personal training service provides you with more value because you’re not paying per hour. It won’t cost you anything extra for me to give you detailed instruction or thoroughly answer your questions, and it won’t cut into your exercise time either. In fact, it will improve the effectiveness of your workouts.
My thorough approach is clearly not for everyone. Some people are only willing to put the absolute bare minimum amount of thought and effort into an exercise program. This puts a major restriction on the potential for success, but for such people, working with a trainer in person is pretty much the only option.
In contrast, if you want to maximize the benefits you get from exercise, your training needs to be supported by a level of thoroughness that goes above and beyond the conventional personal training model. This is where my online training service shines. If you appreciate thoroughness, you won’t be disappointed!
Before I get into details, let me state the obvious. This program requires the use of a digital camera to record video. Throughout the course of your training, I’ll need to see how you perform certain movements and exercises. It may seem like a hassle, but remember that it’s part of what provides the benefits of online training that I’ve described so far.
Besides, seeing your technique on video allows me to analyze it more thoroughly than watching you in person. This allows me to give you better feedback.
If you’re technically challenged, don’t worry, I’ll walk you through everything you need to do. And if you don’t have a digital camera that records video, I can help you find one for less than $100.
Once you’re ready to start, I’ll have you complete a detailed questionnaire and movement assessment. This will give me the information I need to plan out how we’ll pursue your goals.
As a client of mine, you’ll have a private account on my training website. Once you sign in, you’ll have immediate access to the general recommendations I’ve made for you as well as the individual workouts I’ve prepared for you.
Each workout will be based on your goals, preferences, and equipment availability. You’ll be provided with instructions that explain how to follow it, and each exercise in each workout will include a video demonstration as well as detailed written instructions.
Periodically, I will also create assessment workouts for you to complete. This will allow me to check up on your exercise technique, evaluate your progress, and make any adjustments that are needed based on the results.
To further support your progress towards increased wellness, you’ll also have access to the dietary guidelines and recipe database that I provide to my nutrition clients.
Finally, a major part of the program is that you’ll have unlimited access to me through email. I want you to achieve your goals, and more importantly, I want you to learn from the process, so I encourage you to take advantage of this.
The typical gym charges about $70 per hour for personal training. In big cities, or for popular trainers, the rate can easily be much higher. Through my online personal training service, you’ll get much more individualized attention for just a fraction of the price.
Training just twice per with a personal trainer at a typical gym could cost you $600 per month or more. Training with me will cost you only $150 per month. To get started now, click below.
*** BONUS *** As a free gift from me, I’ll send you a new foam roller. This simple piece of equipment is extremely useful for keeping your muscles healthy, strong, and pain free and will contribute to the success you achieve on my program.
Hiring a personal trainer is an investment and I fully realize that there are a number of factors that influence how well a trainer’s personality and philosophy will blend with that of a client’s. Based on this, I want to be sure you have adequate opportunity to decide if I’m the right person for you.
If at any time during the first two months of training you decide I’m not the right trainer for you, I’ll refund all of your money. In other words, you can try my online personal training service for up to two months with absolutely no risk of it costing you any money if you decide it’s not for you.
I have an insatiable passion for just about everything related to nutrition and fitness and how they correlate to maximizing the enjoyment of life in general. A big part of this passion is sharing my knowledge with others and helping them benefit from it.
I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). This is one of the most highly regarded certifications in the fitness industry and requires an extensive understanding of exercise science. I’m also a certified hardstyle kettlebell instructor (HKC) and am certified to conduct the Functional Movement Screen (FMS).

I’ve also earned several other certifications relating to general wellness and am currently completing a master’s degree in Human Nutrition. This gives me the unique ability to ensure that your fitness pursuits are well aligned with overall health and wellness.
In addition to being a fitness enthusiast, I’m also an athlete. I was formerly a competitive ski racer and still play competitive tennis. Although I’ve never competed at an elite level, a lot of dedication and hard work has given me opportunities to compete regionally and nationally at the recreational level.
In general, I’m extremely driven and thorough. In regard to my approach to exercise and lifestyle, I strive to find balance between practicality and effectiveness. I believe that every detail of every workout should have a purpose, and in turn, be directly related to a goal. If you appreciate this kind of attention to detail, then I think we’ll work quite well together.
I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!
Sincerely,
